Submitted data is stored securely in a Turso/libSQL database, encrypted at rest. The database is hosted on Turso's infrastructure with industry-standard security controls. Only the authenticated site administrator has access.

4. Who has access

Only the authenticated site administrator can access your submitted data. We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third parties.

5. How long we keep it

We retain your personal data until your enquiry is resolved, or for a maximum of 2 years from the date of submission, whichever is sooner. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Rights below).

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data
  • Restriction — ask us to restrict how we process your data

7. Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies for session management only. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

The data controller for personal data collected via this website is AP DAMP SOLUTIONS LTD. Registration with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) is not required for the processing activities described in this policy.
